Ensuring the accuracy of your delivery address and postcode is crucial when placing an order with Fairybags!

We cannot assume liability for items that go missing due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. The details you provide at checkout become the official delivery address, so we urge you to exercise caution while filling in your information.

Upon receipt of your order confirmation email, we recommend you review all the details promptly. If you spot any inaccuracies or omissions, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Regrettably, we cannot amend any details once your item has been dispatched.

We have an order processing period of 2-3 working days and a delivery period of 6-7 working days. If colours ordered are unavailable this delivery period may be 10-15 working days.

We do not offer any refunds within the delivery period as mentioned above on orders paid for following a purchase online. Refunds will only be made should items be out of stock and the delivery cannot be completed within 15 working days (as per delivery terms)
